Refund policy

Exchanges available for items if they are defective or damaged. Must be received in 14 days of original delivery date. All other items will be given store credit. For lost packages, a claim with the post office must be filed, and resolved before offering  a refund. No refunds available for missed deliveries, that are sent back, You will only be given store credit, and are responsible for any shipping fees.  If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at nikki@timberandtorch.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations must be done within 48 hours of order.
